    Re: Pats/Bears beatdown thread

As long as it doesn't get out of control.... The cowboys will be ok. They are probably the best team right now at making adjustments in the second half. So if they can keep it under 21 points at half, I won't worry to much.

    Re: Pats/Bears beatdown thread

The Pats are good. Really REALLY good. But hopefully my 'boys can make some adjustments and get back in it.

(the Bears aren't playing in this game, fyi)

    Re: Pats/Cowboys beatdown thread

I really cannot believe the Pats. I thought they would win and cover the 4.5 points but in no way did I see this coming in the second half. I think we may be seeing the next undefeated NFL team. They are just strong everywhere.

Wow......48-27. Definite beat down. Looks like Hobbs led NE with 5 tackles if I saw the stats right.

    Re: Pats/Cowboys beatdown thread

The game wasn't as much of a beating as the final score indicated, but Tom Brady ate Dallas up pretty good. Not having Anthony Henry definitely hurt. The Cowboys really need to figure out a way to play offense in the first quarter. It's what they've done all year, and it was evident that they would get themselves in a big hole today if they didn't change that. And sure enough, it happened.

The fact that once New England went down 24-21, that they scored 17 straight and outscored Dallas 27-3 the rest of the game just shows how great they really are.

The Miami Dolphins trading Wes Welker and then using their top 10 pick on Ted Ginn (a much less productive version of Wes Welker) was beyond stupid.

    Re: Pats/Cowboys beatdown thread

    Post game analysis of Pats/Boyz....

Brady put the beat down on us tonight, so what, he's done it to everyone else. I was pleasantly surprised at how well we moved the ball on them. Not to mention they were missing one starter, were missing three. I still have hard time understanding why the decision was made to cut Aaron Glenn.....that guy was an awesome corner, and nobody will be able to convince me that J. Reeves can even carry Glenns jock in the slot....Stupid decision to cut him and this game was a perfect indicator of how bad reeves really is, they just like all of our opponents, find out who he's covering and the ball goes in that direction....

To make a comparison to the Sqwaks.....Whoever Adam Shada is covering that's who you throw the ball to, same could be said for Reeves.

Give me T. Johnson in the middle with something to prove, henry out wide and terry glenn back on offense and should be meet again, i believe the outcome will be different....and yes i'm being a homer right now!!!!!

    Re: Pats/Cowboys beatdown thread

The Patriots are very, very good. I never felt great going into that game. Dallas could not consistently pressure Brady and there was no way they were going to cover all those weapons.

As of right now, Brady is going to shatter Manning's single-season TD record.

Dallas will be ok. Not having Henry hurt but I don't think that would have made much of a difference.
