I live in CB so I get the Omaha news, and even I thought it was a completely unnecessary story. Must be a really slow news day in Iowa.

"In a case with this many kids, where it multiplies the risk so much, it carries potentially up to 43 years in jail," city prosecutor Marty Conboy said.
    Talk about over-punishing.

    Re: Teens like to party?

What's amazing to me is that so many got caught. I thought these things usually ended with someone yelling 'COPS!', which causes a mad scatter of people and only a few actually get caught. Unless they had a ton of cops there that could actually contain that many people.

Right? exactly what i was thinking. Usually its like the party was springloaded and the only people that get caught are the WAAAAAy to drunk girl and the guy who is in the band.

The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It has been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game: it's a part of our past, Ray. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again. Oh... people will come Ray. People will most definitely come.

Must have been only one exit. When I was young, we usually found the two really drunk ones and convinced them to make a run for it. While cops dealt with them, the rest of us could bail windows or jailbreak behind them.

Yeah, nothing is easier than outrunning cops on foot from a high school party. We used to make a sport of it. Probably did it over a dozen times, never caught. If you can't outrun a cop on foot in the dark when your 17, you should be ashamed.

I'm guessing someone tried to make a real life "Project X."

Wasn't there a story about 60 underaged teens being busted at a party in Omaha last week?

LOL +1. My 135 lb younger brother got away carrying half of a keg and got away in the corn fields ha ha. He's not strong by any means, so if they couldn't catch him, probably time to find a new profession

My hate is not limited to just the Hawkeyes, I have plenty to go around for the Jayhawks and just Hawks in general.
