    Toilet seat recommendations?

So, with the backsplash, floors, counter top, and all other remodeling threads tonight, I thought I'd solicit some advice.

I'm going to be buying a new toilet seat tomorrow. I got this new crapper a while back and it had a chintzy looking seat, so I bought a different one. But it was apparently cheaply made, cause the paint cracked and it bubbles a little more every time you clean it.

Finally decided it's time to replace it, and I'm sure I can pick one on my own, but if anyone has any strong opinions, let's hear them.

You know, that almost looks like my crapper, but I don't think I want anything electrified that is simultaneously in close proximity to water and my junk.

Dont buy a cheap one, the most expensive ones are the easiest to replace and install and are more durable for people with robust body types.

Why hasn't anybody invented a brown toilet? Think of the time you could save.

I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

    Re: Toilet seat recommendations?

I prefer a "Booster Seat" toilet seat that gets my feet off of the ground. My feet were always falling asleep when I would take a crap with a normal seat.

How does dangling your feet off the ground help?

Maybe you need a recliner toilet seat. Elevate your feet. Could also help prevent passing out when the turtle popping out comes from Galapagos.

It the difference between having your feet squished against the ground with constant pressure on them vs. dangling free and easy with the ability to wiggle your toes and rotate your feet without compromising pooping position.

How hard are you pushing? Maybe try some fiber.
