No judge in their right mind would award that much money to any one person. In a case of murder of a family member, they will only award you a couple million.

LOL there is only roughly $40-50 Trillion in wealth on the planet, so no it's probably not going to happen.

Doesn't matter if you have the money or not, if a judge orders you to pay something out, you have to or spend the remainder of your days on this planet in a prison cell.

Why not just go for the gusto and ask for a quadrillion? Was she concerned that she would get laughed out of court if she tossed that figure out there?

Why not just ask for world domination....or at least a bazillion dollars. She aims her sights too low.

    Re: $900 trillion

Actually, she is pretty smart in choosing this dollar amount.

"But I have to agree with the Inquisitr's Kim LaCapria, who says plaintiff Fausat Ogunbayo is actually quite clever in choosing to sue for $900 trillion. After all, how many people would be reading about this story and discussing Ogunbayo's plight had she quietly filed her petition without seeking monetary compensation?"

    Re: $900 trillion

I actually linked this on another site. If you read the story, it says the woman's kids were taken away because she seemed mentally unstable.

No better way of proving you are sane then suing for 11 years worth of the worlds entire GDP.

Maybe our current President gave her the idea that you can get unlimited amounts of money without actually doing anything?
