    What tonight realistically did for us...

    Is it takes us out of that awful 8/9 game and probably slides us down to a 10 or an 11 seed, still in the tournament. Beat A&M, beat OU, and walk into the gym vs. Texas Tech and we will be tournament-bound. Book it.

    I think we are going to need 21 wins.

    I don't think 20 wins gets us in with our weak sauce non-conference and the Big 12 isn't that great other than 4 teams.

    Clones21 should be banned for 3 hours after every loss. Calm down time, then he can come back.

    I think we'll be on the wrong side of the bubble with only 20 wins. That's just homers against A&M, OU, and TT, that do nothing for our RPI. We're probably going to be in the 40-45 range after tonight. We need those three plus another, and then probably at least one in the tourney because our first opponent would be awful and a bad loss.

    RPI will be around 42ish. It won't go up much by beating A&M, OU, and TTU and it won't fall much by losing on the road against K-State, Mizzou, and Baylor. Our first round tournament game will NOT be someone awful, it'll likely be K-State.

    Hopefully the loss reignites the fire. We need to win 3 or 4 of our last games, not unrealistic.

    20 wins = 50/50 invite
    21 wins = 85/15
    22 = 100% lock

    Have you even looked at the RPI, a main tool the committee uses? We are #35, SOS of 56 and by the time we play Baylor twice and Mizzou, it projects out to around 37. It's not like we have a SOS of 100.

    We MUST beat OU, aTm, and Tech at home. If we do I think we are safe. Saturday is a huge game.

    The bottom teams of Bracketology are pretty weak. K St is a 10 seed and Texas is in the first four out, and we are ahead of both of them in the standings. All tonight did was hurt our seeding, which sucks. We have to take care of business, though, against the three bottom feeders left on our schedule. Remember we have a good shot to get at least one game in the Big XII tourney.
