This is why I will never buy a Chrysler or GM vehicle again. To be honest I should get one for free, same as every other US taxpayer. End of rant.

    Re: Clint Eastwood

The number one way a company can lose my business is to attempt to guilt trip me into buying their product. Especially when it makes a bad guilt trip that doesn't make me feel guilty at all. I wasn't going to buy a Chrysler before and this only solidified my decision.

Detroit, you want to come back? Make better business decisions and sell cars that people want to buy.

Out of local car companies, I would lean towards Ford for American loyalty. They rebuilt right, with no bailouts. Im a foreign car fan but Ford definitely has the edge should I come back. Plus, the stuff I buy is built here anyway by American workers. This ad is kind of shifty.

I am guessing your personal tax contribution towards the bailout of Chrysler and GM does not equate to the price of a car. Maybe a floor mat? Really, if that's how you roll, you should be asking Wall St. for money as your contribution towards their bailout would be higher.

I don't think I'd buy one again either after all the problems my Jeep has had over the years.

    Re: Clint Eastwood

I might consider a Chrysler product when they figure out how to make their paint actually stick to their vehicles.

I've had two Chrysler cars and a Dodge truck over the past 12 years and they were the 3 poorest paint jobs I've had in the past 10 vehicles. Paint chips very easily and in one case just started peeling off a 4 year old car.
