Re: According to You! Whose Who?

    I'll play!

Biggest Suprise: If by surprise you mean, who will be the biggest surprise in the future, I will go with Mutcherson. Not many are talking about him but he is a 4 to play 4 guy and he is crasy athletic. I can see him taking this season to get acclimated to college football and then starting his last 3 at CB/Safety.

Best Defensive: Damien Lawry for sure. He has the potential to be a shutdown corner in the future.

Best Offensive: As far as future stats go, I will say Quan West has a ton of potential. At 6'4 he will fill a "BIG" need at the outside WR spot and he has a lot of athleticism to go with that size.

Future Pro: If I have to pick just one I will go with Big Dawg Williams. I think ISU will continue to put O-Linemen into the NFL and Big Dawg looks like KO 2.0 to me. If he stays healthy, I can see him doing great things at ISU and beyond.

Your Favorite: I'm going to go with twitter sensation Pierre Aka. This kid is huge and has tons of raw athleticism; and he's only just turned 17. With a year or two to develop I can see him blowing up opposing offenseive lines in the future. He is also a Cyclone through and through. I think his attitude will be contagious and he is a future team leader.

Breakout Player: Not sure how this is different than surprise player, but I will go with Kane Seeley. Probably wont be as good as Knott but will be a solid contributor at LB or DE (if he bulks up).

First to Score: This one is easy, Cole Netten. He has a good shot at being the starting kicker this year.

Re: According to You! Whose Who?

    Me next!!

Biggest Suprise: If going by future stars on the field, my gut says it's Seeley. Not a ton of press about him but a great work ethic and solid athlete. Wrestling background helps him become a solid starter later in career.
Best Defensive: Bevins, has some room to grow but is supposedly a freak athletically. Like him to move inside.
Best Offensive: I too see a ton of potential in Q. West. His size will give him advantage in a lot of situation especially near the goal line.
Future Pro: I have heard some great things about Bevins, including AA say that he one of about 3 guys in this class who could end up as pros. He bulks up moves to the middle and is a beast on D.
Your Favorite: Aka with a close runner up to C Rogers. Both are Clones to the Bone and have been projecting that message into the 'twitterverse' since committing. Aka has got to be the biggest 17 year old ever too!
Breakout Player: TJ Mutch, has a good spring and contributes big on the field next year on special teams.
First to Score: Gotta go with Netten, easy pick. If he can compete early and stay consistent could end up top 5 all time in points.
