Trying to think of a similar gut wrenching loss that we've had

With so much on the line. Lose big 2nd half lead and on a buzzer beater. Control pretty much the entire game. Anyone think of one?

BTW... Ksu fans are hurting big time. Listening to KC call in show. Wow.

With so much on the line, I can think of at least one. Opponent school starts with "H."

Stakes weren't as big (or ended up not being so), last year @OSU comes to mind, in a way.

Couple of games at Boulder during the late 90s come to mind.

Didn't we lose a big lead against North Carolina in the NCAA tournament when Floyd was here?

Missouri game two years ago, had the ball and the lead with 5 seconds to go and lost in regulation. With McD expected to lose games like this... today the place stays packed and expects to win... totally different atmosphere.

last year vs KST at home was tough. Pullen loses ball, kicks off someone's leg right back to him, throws it it for game winner.

I don't think you can ever compare regular season to NCAA tourney games. But UCLA was in 96-97 was very gut wrenching as it slipped slowly away

Here's the game. Fred was here. It seems like we jumped out to a decent lead and they destroyed us in the second half.

Ugh, forgot about that one. Wasn't ISU up like 22-8 at one point?

    ***

UCLA '97, as others mentioned apparently I pretended that one didn't exist. Crushing.
