Is anyone watching Southland on TNT?

Season started 2 weeks ago and is phenomenal! If you have not seen the show it is a great police drama. Started on NBC a few years back but got yanked due to violence and graphic nature.

I love this show. It's better than any police drama I've seen, save The Wire. Unfortunately I fell asleep before this week's episode began and woke up after it ended.

I've never seen it, but my old Criminal Justice professor (Dr. Monohan) would rave about this show saying that it does a good job of showing what police work is really like (unlike shows like CSI or Law and Order)

Those are some of the worst shows on TV. How they keep getting renewed is beyond me.

Cught it this week for the first time. Liked the show and the characters. Seeing that lady pinned up inside that SUV was pretty rough...."I thought I hit a coyote" - classic.

I have the first few episodes from this season on my DVR, just haven't gotten to them yet. Watched the previous 3-4 seasons on NBC/TNT. Really like the show.
