    Ton of players leaving KU

Check this out if you have not seen it.
Big changes arrive at Kansas under Weis - Big 12 Blog - ESPN

Some of these are their bigger recruits, these guys are in trouble next year, I don't care who Weis has coming in.

And by "leaving" it should be highlighted that Weis is booting players:

JaQwaylin Arps, Dexter McDonald, Adonis Saunders, Brock Berglund and Keeston Terry were the other five players Weis dismissed.
Four of these are freshmen and one is a sophomore. Guess they'll have a chance to play elsewhere.

He later says he gave them opportunities to stay. Not sure how to translate coach speak or what actually happened but I doubt he just went in there and said hey guys see all six of you next time, bye.

When he arrived, new Kansas coach Charlie Weis said to expect changes.

    The biggest arrived on Monday.
Does that mean that Charlie showed up to take over on Monday?

It takes awhile to get anywhere when you have to lug front butt around.

If you transfer within the Big 12 don't you have to sit out 2 years? On the news last night they said the OU Receiver who is transfering in hopes to play next year after a hardship from OU.

And to schedule the hot dog vender to follow him around at all times is difficult as well.

Not sure on how these rules work, and that is why he is petitioning the NCAA, but I'm pretty sure it was more along the lines of kicked off or a mutual agreement to leave, not simply because he decided he wanted to leave.

Ok, so we are taking a team that was 2-9 last season and has gone 1-16 the last two seasons in league play, and we are kicking off 10 players and bringing in a big name head coach who struggled to win at Notre Dame (3-9, 7-6, 6-6 in his final 3 seasons). I've gotta say, it looks like more rough seasons ahead for the beakers, and that would seem to be good news for us.

yeowza, 10 players leaving is quite a few considering they likely won't be able to fill out this years recruiting class on top of that. they only have 12 commits right now. anything's possible, but that is an uphill climb for the future.

Charlie Weis's ego is way to big.

Yeah, not sure how letting your starting QB and starting running back walk are going to go for them either. But, no, seriously, Dayne Crist is amazing... they'll be fine

Really glad to see Miller leave, he was a tough RB as a Freshman. Terry was a big recruit and a promising player on D also. Webb was nothing special, but he was an experienced QB.

Yep, penciling at least 2 years worth of Dubyahs against Kansas moving forward right now. Wowzers, I would be pretty ****** if Charlie Weis was hired at ISU and this is how he started out things.
