How much is Rhoads going to be able to fork out to the new offensive coordinator? More than what Herman was getting I hope?

I'm sure the 6 games he was allowed to coach (while trying to change systems) before Tuberville used him as a sacrificial lamb is a great indication of how his system is run...

Yes. His assistant salary pool was increased by $350,000 for this season and another $300,000 for next season. Granted that will be split between the entire staff but I'd guess the OC will see a larger portion than a position coach.

His offense works they didn't even stick with it a year. I'm not sure what offense they were using before but I know the coordinator before him had either stepped down or been fired(I think he runs a trucking company now). Tubberville might have been more of the problem. T-Tech's O has done nothing but declined since he got there.

I wouldn't read too much into that.

I'll be watching his team on Weds night go up against a very good TCU defense. If they can put up points on TCU, he'd have to be worth a look.

He had great numbers before ISU hired him. CPR will select a guy and then be "All In" with his system. I'm pretty sure he is looking for a spread guy!
