Always frightening when someone says "he/we,,,,, at an all time high." Only one way to go from that statement.

^^^^^^^^^^ Why the negative energy? Makes zero sense to me. It was a very positive article on the good things that are happening within the program.

    +1...

They say never to tip the house, well I have to here. The "negative nancies and the kick in the you know what" is a loser mentality. I guarantee that I will never have that mentality nor will our coaches under JP, nor should you. The mentality is changing around all ISU sports and so should the attitude of the fans.

Nice write up CW, keep it up. By the way, in 2011 I've enjoyed the Vlog that AA did in regards to how the offense works and reading Brent B articles this year. Both great additions to your program as well as Ian Smith!

Peace and happy holidays to Cyclone Nation!

The errors in this simple post would suggest otherwise.

Keep up the good work CW.

ďI told you, I donít care if youíre black or white. I donít care if youíre rich or poor. I donít care where you come from, whether itís Texas, Florida, California, or right here in the state of Iowa, I donít care about any of thatÖ But what I did care about is moving forward from that day on, that we were one team." -Paul Rhoads

Re: Williams Blog: Football fever at an all-time high (my take on Rhoads contract)

Nice article. I think the reason the fans come out to games is because of CPR himself. The best sound bite after he got the raise was him saying something to the affect of, it is an honor to coach for a team I watched play since I was a kid. You can tell he wants to be in Ames and wants to do great things with the program.

    BOOM!

I think you summed it all up there CW. JP mentioned right before CPR was hired that this fanbase was ready to explode and all it needed was some success out on the field. I feel that this fanbase is right on the edge of that explosion.

Re: Williams Blog: Football fever at an all-time high (my take on Rhoads contract)

I love that we're at a high point and trending upward. What's wrong with noticing that?
If we were used to being at the mountaintop, and CW mentioned that we're at the peak, OK, nowhere to go but down.

With a historic high in football enthusiasm right now, and all signs showing it rising and rising, I'm glad to notice it. We're going the right direction, and it's awesome!

Since we are an elite team now, let's go get that One Cyclone Moment.
Make this one for the ages!
