    Yahoo Sports: Rivals.com Ranking - Rivals.com Iowa Postseason Top 10 2012

Yes, that's right. ISU has commits from 4 of the top 6 players in the state for 2012. #1 is heading out of state and #4 is heading to Iowa.

Five of the top ten, not too shabby. Things are heading in the right direction. GO CLONES.

Would be hard for them to even sell that story as Iowa offered 2 and still are committed to ISU!!

Well if they would have taken Iowa's offer they would have to back out of their ISU commitment.

Here is a quote straight from Hawkeye Nation:

"This I agree with however the caller that made the point about ISU beating Iowa in recruiting was a clown fan. Out of all the state of Iowa recruits that committed to ISU, two of them (Barkley Hill and Collin Bevins) had offers from Iowa. The main reason ISU is "beating" Iowa for in state recruits, is because the pool of recruits in Iowa is pretty weak this year. Much the reason why Malloy is our only in state commit. To be completely honest, ISU having so many state of Iowa recruits doesn't really mean much, and actually just shows that ISU doesn't have the clout yet to pull in big name recruits from out of state."

Delusion at it's finest...Notice he doesn't speak much about them missing on Darboh.

Darboh is just like Diamond. You miss on recruits all the time. Darboh was not an Iowa fan and it wasn't like he grew up here. Hill and Bevins are good gets and Iowa waited until after they were committed to offer, which was their fault. But Iowa isn't starving for recruits and have gotten a number of good recruits as of late.

That must be WSRGoHawks. Recruits aren't good until Iowa offers them and then everyone in the nation knows they are good because Iowa offered and decides to offer. It's the truth, just ask him.

Thank your for proving the point: They committed to ISU because we didn't want/need them and we have better recruits.

We hear the same thing every year. Let's face it, in state recruiting is just as important to Iowa as it is to Iowa State and a lot of Iowa's success can be attributed to in state recruiting. However this year, Iowa State has the momentum, but Hawk fans can't seem to admit that they are getting beat like a drum by ISU!!

But my counterpoint to his point is that he claims the reason Iowa didn't get kids in this state is because there is a lack of talant...all i see is Iowa has 3 offers to kids that have committed else where. When is the last time that happened?

To quote an awesome movie: "Thangs change Mox."
