One thing Babb has to do is to continue looking for his shot. He's a huge part of this team and will need to be going forward if we want to improve. He's got a really nice stroke and I hope this doesn't hurt his confidence.

White and Percy in the post could be the answer to our inside scoring problems. With Royce's passing ability and Percy's scoring ability around the hoop and with the glass, either don't double Royce and get out physicalled with him going to the hoop, or double Royce and let him dish to Gibson for the finish.

Agreed. Against Iowa, I might try a lineup of Allen, Christopherson, Babb, White, & Gibson and see how that looks. With Ejim and McGee ready to go off the bench, that doesn't look too shabby at all.

I miss read that article title thinking it meant that the Eric & John's postgame lockerroom show had improved. lol

I like Percy's game alot, we're going to need him & Bubu alot more than most of us assumed coming into this year.

This. I've noticed over the last two games that these two play really well together in the post. I'm excited to watch them the rest of their careers

+1. At one point, Royce had the ball at the elbow one on one, while Gibson had his man down low one on one. Royce knew exactly what to do, driving just far enough to pull Gibsons man off and then dish down low. They play very well off of one another. Just hope it continues throughout the Big 12 and some more improved post competition.

It's nice we a couple of options to score inside. With Royce and Percy both inside it allows Royce to either go one on one, or if he draws the double team, allow him to dump off to Percy. And if defenses start to sag on the wings a little bit when the ball is down low with those 2, it should allow an open look outside (like in the Michigan game, except we couldn't hit those shots).

So frickin jealous of what they have in Ames. It's truly amazing what Fred has done coming in with 0 coaching experience.

Me too? I thought maybe CW was being interviewed after last night's game, thus the perceived "improvement", LOL.

No matter what, I could NEVER cheer for Dirt and Urine.

Agreed. I think this offense will work a lot better going inside out. Our guards don't handle the ball well enough to create good shots on their own. Let the big men work to create shots and kick out to our shooters if the defense sags.

LOL, I believe what made it sound like that was the fact that the verb used was "shows", of which the start of that word is "show", which threw me off track. classic
