    Rhoad TRIPpin'

Heyo. Short time lurker. First Time poster. 6'2" 190.

I see a lot of people are flying. Who else is driving? We have a car of 4 and are going to make the drive. I want to know if anyone is going to attempt to tailgate. The last bowl I went to was the ev1.net and I had a great time tailgating, so I want to do it again. And it appears the only real (and safe place to leave a car) is the top level of the ramp right by Yankee Stadium, where grills and beer in cups appear to be ok. Anyone going to try to do this?

Also, I'm thinking about getting an I-Pass to save some money, but more importantly to save time not having to stop at each tollbooth on the way. The website says it should work in all the states we travel. Can anyone offer any advice?

Leave the noob alone, he has a degree in accounting, numbers are in his blood.

    Welcome aboard.

I made a trip out east by car once and got the I-pass. Saved us a lot.

    Re: Rhoad TRIPpin'

Also, if you don't want to get an I-pass, you can still pass through the tolls and pay online afterwards. (at least you can in Illinois and I'm sure you can in any state)
You just go online when you get home and pay via internet. Of course, you may want to double check before you start passing through tolls.

    Re: Rhoad TRIPpin'

I believe that if you use the I-pass that you only pay half of the listed dollar amount for the toll so you also save money by using it.

I-Pass is good idea. I do not know when you are returning but after the first of the year the toll rates in Illinois will about double for those paying cash along the way vs. those with the I-Pass.
