If you did well for ISU, I will cheer for you. If not, no way. Sorry Greg and Chiz, I don't care how much success you have elsewhere, you aren't good coaches in my book.

That is kind of my list, but McD is a maybe later kind of thing. I think he is a good man, and a good coach, but took our basketball team backwards. That sting is still kind of fresh.

Completely agree. I will actually cheer against him until he is no longer a coach.

Re: Cheering for ex ISU coaches?

Will cheer for everyone except Chizik. Regardless of the results, I believe all of them honorably coached the Cyclones with the best intentions.
Chizik probably not - he failed his obligations when hiring his fishing buddies instead of capable personnel as coordinators although based on the articles and AA's comments, he seems like a nice guy and keeps in touch with former players. One thing that soften my stance was when he reportedly texted AA when he was injured in Boulder last year.

I cheer for all former Cyclones unless they're liars and traitors.

So... Not the Chiz or Adam Haluska.

Re: Cheering for ex ISU coaches?

Danny Mac - sure why not. I got tired of him when he was here but he did leave
Larry - kept it going for a little bit
Tim Floyd - yes - did amazing things to launch ISU mbb for a nice period of time
McD - hell no - set mbb so far so quick
    Chiz - ......... NO!
