    Suh gets two

Everyone's favorite dirty player, Ndonkeykong Suh got hit with a two game suspension for his Thanksgiving Day antics. They'll miss him this weekend against NO. Not so much against Minny, though.

Won't he just appeal it so he can play this Sunday?

    Re: Suh gets two

He was obviously losing his balance. How could they suspend him for that?!

I think that would be a pretty bad PR move for him. I would guess he doesn't appeal.

It isn't so much losing the balance that matters, more the fact that he corrected his balance by stomping another player who was on the ground.

    From the article...

Suh can appeal the suspension within three business days and the NFL said an expedited appeal hearing would be held this week in advance of Week 13's games.

He's a big guy. He had to stomp to shift all that weight back. The Packers guy was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

He wasn't going to get more than 3 - he did stomp, but it was the arm. It's not like he went full Albert Haynesworth and started stomping someone's unprotected face, which netted him 5...

    Re: Suh gets two

I had figured Goodell would give him three games to get his point across. I wonder if two games will be enough for him to fully understand what he can and cannot get away with.
I find it interesting that Jim Schwartz hasn't taken more heat from the sports media. From the postgame handshake incident to the Bears game fiasco to Suh's stomp, it's becoming apparent that in his attempt to shed the team's pushover reputation he's gone too far and lost control of his players.
