Wildcat (and not the K State type)

Call me crazy but does CPR draw up a few wildcat plays this off-season to add to his already unpredictable offense?

You have to admit Barnett and Jantz in the backfield would scare the **** out of any defense!!

I do like running the wildcat with Jarvis the few times we have.

Wildcat is good for a few plays with Jarvis. Just can't afford to have any high snaps.

You don't take a guy as easily hurt as Darius and have the defense go right at him.

They need to run the Nebby play: Martinex handoff to Berkhead running to right who then pitches to Abdullah for the run.

Frankly, if West is in for the wildcat, he might think about passing like OU tried.

CFH HMagic bball season next year.

Re: Wildcat (and not the K State type)

I don't see the point of us running the wildcat. Barnett can run it as well or better than most WRs or RBs anyway. Plus he can actually throw.

This. Our zone read with a QB that can run accomplishes pretty much everything the wildcat does and more, because Barnett can actually throw, something most wildcat backs are lacking.
