    Calvin Godfrey

Not trying to be inflammatory or anything but does anyone know where he ended up? I always thought he was a pretty solid player on the court and am just curious. Not trying at all to start a morality of pot thing.

    Re: Calvin Godfrey

I always appreciated how hard he played, but dude just had to keep touching that hot stove.

No matter what you think of pot, I think we can all agree that if you can't put down the bong for a few months or years in order to be part of a team, you're not really focused on the task at hand and maybe you'll be happier somewhere else.

I hate to say it, but Calvin is already AT a CC, and it very well could be #7 for him (if you count ISU, and all the different high schools/prep academies he played at before he came here). So your post was ironic and you didn't even see the connection. That's like sinking a 75 yd chip shot from the deep part of the bunker and wondering "what's everyone cheering for?"

    Re:Calvin Godfrey

I follow C-God on twitter and it sounds like he misses ISU and still communicates with our players.

Makes me wonder how Tinsley got away with it for so long at ISU

    Re: Calvin Godfrey

We miss Calvin but I see Percy Gibson as our new Calvin with a little more finesse. As the year goes on I think Gibson will become one of our key players, but we have to come up with a nickname for him. It just doesn't feel right yelling "go Percy".

    Re: Calvin Godfrey

Godfrey would be huge this year. We are missing a big guy down low that will throw down to get rebounds. Niang will be that in the future. We just don't uave one now. Jake anderson and him were great on the boards last year

Nobody but HB knows for sure. You pretty much know nothing....like Knownothing would like to say.
