    McGee

Why does he not get more time. I think he is a great player off the bench but he only got about 14 minutes. He also has a ton of intensity which I think will rub off on the guys around him. I am a fan, look forward to how he develops.

Other players need to match his defensive intensity, especially on the ball. Makes all the difference in the world.

Didn't he have more at Drake? It felt like he was out there longer than the numbers indicated today. I mean that in a good way. I really enjoy watching Mr. Perfect shoot the ball.

Sit the bum - he missed a three.

By the way, the only player that seemed to match that was Sledge. He had a decent couple minutes

    Re: McGee

I agree, he needs to play more. I can see SC losing more and more minutes and McGee being the benefactor.

    Re: McGee

Not sure McGee could play like that if he had more time.

In all honesty Christopherson is the weakling...

    Re: McGee

Agreed, Scotty is definately out of position. Hurts to watch really, I cant see why Allen or McGee wouldn't be better fits at controlling point.

CFH said after the game the coach needs to play him more.

McGee gets more loose balls than the rest of the team combined -- and that's not really a criticism of the rest of the team, as much as a compliment for McGee.

I really like him and Gibson out of the newcomers.

I also agree McGee should see some more PT. If he plays, I'd be more comfortable going to Babb at the 4 because of McGee's rebounding ability. Scotty's strength is really his scoring, and we just don't need it this year. McGee is a scorer as well, but provides a little more as a role player.
