    So my question related to this;

    When will the additional revenue from TV deals occur? Is still in the works with all this realignment stuff still going on?

    Rhoads makes $1,100,000(i think that is a bargain)
    Hoiberg makes $808,333

    New Tier 2 contract with Fox is set to kick in starting next fall. I don't know if that means ISU sees the money starting next fall or if they wait until the next academic year is over before they see the money, but the deal is a 13 year deal worth approx 9 million per school per year...One other thing to note with that deal is that the 9 million per school per year is backloaded, so nobody in the public knows if ISU is getting 6 million from it next year and 12 million at the end of the deal or what.

    In either case, the current fox deal is worth about 2 million/school/year so averaging 9 million/year will be a significant upgrade.

    -----

    The Big 12 tier 1 deal with ESPN/ABC is due in 2016. It's currently worth 6.5 million/school/year. Estimates are that it could potentially go as high as 20 million/school/year, but nobody knows what the market will be like in a few years or if the ND thing will play out or not...or if there will be a conference championship with 12 teams or not.

    ------

    Then there is tier 3. Will a Big 12 network sans Texas and/or OU be created? It could add another 1-3 million to the grand total.

    Hopefully this helps.

    Regardless of when the money is coming, it is coming, and it is already spent.
