Wasn't he blocking for Hollis on that long run?

    Cashed in and checked out.

I'm not sure how often, if at all, he was double-teamed during the TT game, but if Barnett spreads the ball around some more, I think it will open him up. He's a solid WR that has put up some pretty good numbers until recently...

He should have caught that TD pass before we fumbled a few plays later.

He played and dropped at least a couple against TT, and I don't think he had a catch. He got hurt last week, didn't play a lot, and didn't have a catch in that one either. He's either hurt or slumping, and when he gets it going again our offense should be hard to stop.

Dunno if he is hurting or just getting doubleteamed. But his blocks are still helping our running game, his number was between a defender and the ballcarrier multiple times on Saturday.

lots of double teams and one on one with other guys.

The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It has been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game: it's a part of our past, Ray. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again. Oh... people will come Ray. People will most definitely come.

Re: What the h*** happened to Money?

    Your stacks not so fat?
Seriously, he's getting a lot of attention & this opened up room for others to contribute. Think it is a big reason Lenz is getting open more, & should allow for others to have opportunities (Gary, West, Horne, Darks).

Should teams go man to man & blitz a lot, which is what I think every team will do the rest of the way considering we have a Redshirt Frosh QB at the helm, Money will have his chance again for big paydays and big plays.

The subpar defense from the Cyclones gives the Hawks a chance to finally start to get their confidence rolling on offense. Both running the football and through the air.
*Breakout player prediction.... Everyone is going to have their eyes on Allen Lazard because of his hype coming out of H.S., but Derrick Willies steals the show.

looked like they were doubling him most of the night, so in a way he is still helping out quite a bit even though his production has gone down.

If I were the other teams I'd be doubling Lenz, so this is a good thing for us I guess.

He had a drop in traffic near the goal line and I remember another incompletion that was due to good coverage. His blocking on Duck TD run help spring it, as well and made he did get caught. Showed good speed tomget between Duck and the two defenders to run interference.

He is blocking much better than last year. He will have a good day against Kansas.
