Commentator after last nights Cards-Rangers game

Some idiot, I'm not sure what his name is, said exactly this after the game last night. "If you don't tune in to watch this game 7 tomorrow, then you're not a sports fan." I'm sorry but thats the dumbest crap i've heard. What if there is a sports fan that doesn't like baseball? What if someone doesn't give a **** who wins? I will be watching, but I hate hearing crap like this. I know he probably got a little excited and probably shouldn't of said that. There are plenty of sports fans who won't be watching the game tonight.

Someone doesn't understand hyperbole. Wanna take a guess at who it is?

Not that worked up....I thought it was just a dumb and immature comment by a guy who is suppose to be professional at what he does.

Are you sure you're not worked up? Because you sound pretty worked up.

I'm not that worked up I promise. Just letting people know Fox should probably hire a better crew to work the WS than alot of these guys. Joe Buck? Are you serious?

Maybe call Fox with your grievances instead of getting worked up on here.

On a 10 point scale, with 1 being "not worked up at all" and 10 being "couldn't be more worked up," what level of worked up would you say you are?

From an outside observer, your first post seemed like it was about an 8.

Then, you dialed it back a bit, to about a 3, but it almost seemed like you were purposely trying to make it sound like you were a 3, when you were actually a 7. I'm gonna average that out, and make it a 5.

Your third post was probably a legitimate 5. You had some time to cool down. You remembered Joe Buck's name, which you'd previously forgotten, likely due to your initial level of "worked up-edness."

Taking a look at the thread as a whole, I'd say that you're moderately worked up, but the rage is dissipating. By post 5 or 6, you'll probably be back down to a zero or a 1.

    Sound about right?

I feel like anybody who was watching the game last night to hear what he said will probably be watching the game tonight, so he isn't offending anybody that was watching

    except you

I haven't watched more than 2 innings in a row of a baseball game in probably 5 years, but I will be watching the entire game tonight. If that tells you anything.

I don't mind Joe Buck. McCarver is hard to listen to, but fun to make fun of.

And I'm not the one who's worked up.

I thought you didn't know who said it. And yes, you seem pretty worked up.

I don't care for McCarver at all, but I've got no beef with Buck, especially on baseball. So he threw in some hyperbole. What's the big deal? Pretty much everybody watching but you probably had no problem with what he said, and the people that weren't watching obviously don't care what Joe Buck says. Non event.
