How many more wins do we get this year?

How many more games you think we get this year? I'm not super optimistic about any of them; maybe Kansas?

One more win, and that will come against Kansas.

Every year, this team is the "best team put on the field yet." Yet, the amount of wins diminishes every year.

Brutal schedule this year. Texas and Mizzou were probably the best chances for wins besides Kansas. I didn't watch the game today but it didn't seem to be as bad as I was fearing. What's up with Jantz? Is it his foot?

I still think five. Kansas and an upset somewhere, possibly against Texas Tech. The Red Raiders are coming off an emotional win and play at Texas the next week. Could catch them in an emotional letdown/look-ahead situation. I just have a feeling we're going to be playing for bowl eligibility in Manhattan at the end of the season and come up just short against Snyder yet again.

Yeah, I can see that. Kansas is winnable, and I can see CPR rallying the team for an upset win over TT. And of course, the inevitable heartbreaker loss to Snyder and Co. to close out the year.

Re: How many more wins do we get this year?

I think every game left on the schedule is winable if the offense could score 30-35 pts per game and keep the D off the field more. Regardless of who is in at QB, I don't see that happening more than twice. If we can't score on Kansas, I don't know what we can do. I'll pick us to win the next two and lose out from there.

Re: How many more wins do we get this year?

I agree with InCytful if we score 30-35 points there is not a game we will not be in. The defense held us in the game. They need a little help from offense and with Barnett taking 100% of the snaps we will see a totally different offense next week.

I'd say we have a realistic shot at 1 more, but we also have a realistic shot at 0 more.
