    Awesome new workout

I just made it through my first cycle of Insanity and I was looking for something to help maintain and maybe also change things up a bit. I found this & so far it has been fantastic.

Huh, I've had one of those for years. They really don't work.

Insanity is great cardio. I did a round and now am in my 4th week of P90x.

I think some are getting a little ahead of themselves. So far CPR has done a pretty good job for his first year. If we win 3 games this year will everyone feel the same way? I hope we go undefeated and CPR has a ton of job offers but I'd like to give him a few years at the helm before I decide how great of coach he is.

Insanity is worth the money; I'm doing my second round of it and have seen drastic changes. Like anything, a person has to be committed to it though.
