    Interesting way to lose weight...

    My wife has told me that she hates working out (i.e. running on a treadmill and lifting weights) as a way to get fit and lose weight because it is dull and boring. She would rater be active and play tennis or cross country sking for example. Maybe I should run this article past her.

    My wife did those for a while, then she graduated to a much harder workout (kosama). She said it was fun, but the newness wore off and she realized she spent an hour in there to burn 300 calories.

    Literally 1/2 hour ago my wife forwarded me a Groupon thingy for pole dancing classes and asked if I would buy it for her. Ummmm....yeah.

    Only 300 calories in 1 hour.....not that great....
