    Former Cyclones

Just curious on who you are looking forward to seeing play next year.

    1. Farnold Degand
    2. Shawn Taggart
    3. Tasheed Carr

I want to see how good Degand actually is going to be. He has not played in 2 years now.

I also want to see what Taggart can do now that he has a coach and some bulk

I also want to see Tasheed do well. I always like Sheed he just was careless with the ball and had no coaching or realing him in.

I would also like to watch Taggart ride pine in Memphis. That is probably what I am looking forward to most.

    Re: Former Cyclones

I'm also looking forward to Carr succeeding. I always really liked him and had high expectations for him. I just want to see Farnold play. He was supposed to be the next big thing at ISU.

    Re: Former Cyclones

I would have to agree. I would like to see Carr do well, Taggart flop and really don't know enough about Degand to care either way since he never played.

Taggart's going to be playing pickup ball at the Memphis jail. He should dominate there.

I think the term "Baller" is different there.

I hope they all succeed. They were in a tough situation and decided to move on. We should as well.

    Re: Former Cyclones

I think Degand, of all the guys who left, was the one our coaches really wanted to keep if he was as good as Wayne Morgan hyped him. He would have made a difference last year in our backcourt. I will definitely check out some NC State games to see if the hype was justified.

    Re: Former Cyclones

I always have liked St. Joe's. Not sure why, just have. So it will be easy for me to watch Carr. Ill have to try to remember to watch NC State as well.

Taggart did have a run in with the law. I'm not sure how much PT he'll see. I'm sure there will be some sort of suspension.

    Re: Former Cyclones

Degand is now the starting point guard. Other leading canidate to replace last years grad tore a ligament in his thumb. It will be his show to run at least until Jan. Wolfpack fans are a little nervous about putting their team in hands of a kid who hasn't played in two years.
