    Collin Bevins

Iowa State recruit Collin Bevins just blocked a punt and ran it back for a touchdown against the Glenwood Rams. If Creston wins tonight they can secure atleast a tie for Class 3A District 1 with road game against Harlan next week.

After having a fantastic first half against Glenwood, it looks like ISU recruit Collin Bevins has broken his hand. We'll see if he comes out in the second half of this 40 to 0 blowout for Creston.

    Re: Collin Bevins

Collin Bevins officially breaks his hand after having one hell of night against Glenwood. He blocked a punt then returned it for a touchdown. Had numerous tackles and sacks against a terrible 3A team.
Bevins played the second half for a bit during the 54 to 7 victory against the Glenwood Rams.
If any one in Ames is looking at this, Creston has one hell of an athlete by the name of Luke Nietzel. He's the starting qb/rb along with playing db. Luke stands 6'2 190lbs right now as a junior. His brother is a 6'3" 300lb lineman for Northwest Missouri State. Their dad played D2 ball in South Dakota!
Luke Nietzel could be an unreal defensive back for ISU. Just a thought.

Hey Collin -- sorry about the injury, but this is God telling you that you shouldn't even bother going to the Iowa game tomorrow.
