ISU QB vs MIZ QB - How do we compare?

Can someone please comment on how the QB's compare? I have a feeling its going to come down to how the QB's lead the offense. Both teams seem to be unsettled on offensive showdown.

Both are inconsistent but Franklin has a better completion rate and far fewer turnovers. He also has more weapons. Jantz needs to play a complete game. I rewatched the Baylor game yesterday and he was not good in the second half. I checked the stats and he was 4 of 17. If he can put together a complete game, this offense can hang with anyone

Mizzous defense is tougher than what people think as well. I think right now they are 30th in total and 33rd in scoring defense. Not bad considering they have played ASU, OU, KSU. It will be the toughest defense we have seen to date. If they have a weakness on defense it is the pass defense.

I hope we can utilize their average pass defense with Jantz' pass completions.

You are correct. I think Jantz underperformed at Baylor during the second half. Do you think his second half comeback strategies suffered somewhat? He had been really good in second half up until at Baylor.

He's way better than this, but did anyone see Franklin's first pass in the KSU game? It was floater right to the KSU linebacker. Wasn't even close. I know a lot of Mizzou fans are ****** at their OC for play calling. I feel like that is what's going to win or lose the game.

As far as names go, it's Steele and it's not even close.

In all seriousness though, let's say game is on the line. 4th qtr, you are down 5 points - 20 seconds remain and you are 20 yards out. Consider this scenario for each of these teams led by each of these QB's. I think Jantz wins the game due to his experience in late comabacks. What do you think?

Re:ISU QB vs MIZ QB - How do we compare?

Great comebacks are one thing. Playing a complete game is another thing. Based on the overall stats, Franklin would be seen as the better QB. However, neither one has been consistent with the requirements of a "great" QB. They both have talent around them in the skill positions. So, I would call it a toss up.
