I'm trying to renew my audio/visual package to be able to watch the Mizzou game on Saturday.
After logging into my Clone Zone account, it tells me to hit the "Renew" button under the "My Packages" column.
Well, THERE IS NO RENEW BUTTON!!!
When I try to hit either of the two "Purchase Packages" buttons, it sends me to a purchase screen that ends up telling me to log in to my account to add the package. But again, there IS NO RENEW BUTTON!
This is pretty frustrating crap for a system that's representing our university that prides itself on being a technology school.
And, there's no way to find a help phone number so you have to go through their crappy question screen. I'm still awaiting a response.
Does anybody here know of a solution or do you happen to have a phone number I can call and actually speak to a human???
Then you aren't renewing, you are signing up for a new package. Just sign up for whichever one you want.
Nope, it specifically said I was updating my credit card information. When I try to simply purchase a package it tells me that I'm already and subscriber and that I need to log in. When I do that, it tells me to hit the phantom "RENEW" button which isn't there.
This really sucks and I still haven't heard from the support message system. It should be really embarrassing for our Iowa State University of Science and Technology to have such crappy systems!
Well, first off it would probably be good to contact customer support on that site and not the "site feedback and support" forum for a completely unrelated site. But I could be wrong.
I did contact customer support on that site. That was my very first course of action. But it was the typical rigamarole of having no phone number provided and being forced to deal with automated answers that didn't work. And finally having to issue a message which then seemed to take too long for a response. I was worried I'd be screwing around and not get things fixed in time for the Mizzou game so I got frustrated and decided to vent on the Cyclone Fanatic forums. It seemed to be my only recourse in trying to get my problem resolution expedited.
And it worked. I got both an e-mail and personal phone call this morning. My problem is all resolved.
I may have been too impatient waiting for a response but that's my passion for not wanting to miss I-State games coming through.
Thanks to all involved in getting my problem fixed.
