Knott said that the pain was simply that. Pain. It wasn’t affecting his performance on the field. Knott made a decision to deal with the pain later. He was hell bent on keeping Baylor out of the endzone
Only downside to dislocating the shoulder is that it will more readily dislocate in the future, especially without taking any time off. I'm wagering that Mr. Knott will have a few more opportunities to practice popping it back into place before the season is over.
