Royce White at it again (Good news)

Guys are making great strides in the weight room, Just got word that Royce White set a Cyclone record by benching 185- 28 times!

28 reps, but can't get over that 30 hump. I think it's all mental at this point...#LandofLions

    That's decent I guess

Certainly there is no hunting like the hunting of man and those who have hunted armed men long enough and liked it, never really care for anything else thereafter.

I don't know if you heard Royce counting, but he did over 1000.

You know, you have your ubulus muscle, which connects to your upper dorsimus. It's boring, but it's his life. Just watch for the guns... they'll getcha.

Exactly what I was thinking. A lifelong Cyclone fan and obviously my mind goes to the worst case scenario.

Wow. Impressive. Anyone know what his previous best was?

I sure hope bench press prowess translates to interior domination.

Five more reps than the highest in last year's NBA combine.

Why don't you go back to home on Whore Island?

Oh, yeah, he strong like bull.

    Considering a 1 rep max for benching 185 x 20 = 300lbs. Not bad at all.

27 is the record for the NBA pre-draft camp. Last summer Derrick Williams had the top numbers with 19. Tristan Thompson power forward from Texas only did it 9 times.

Yeah I sort of got nervous too when I saw the title. When you say "Royce White at it again" it almost sounds like he reverted back to freshman year of college

“I told you, I don’t care if you’re black or white. I don’t care if you’re rich or poor. I don’t care where you come from, whether it’s Texas, Florida, California, or right here in the state of Iowa, I don’t care about any of that… But what I did care about is moving forward from that day on, that we were one team." -Paul Rhoads
