Coaches and players lost there right to:

Call out cyclone fans to show up to games. This is the m/o of isu. Big game, nat tv, ranked team, playing for our future in AQ conference, the fans show up, and ISU LAYS A EGG. We as fans are doing are part in showing up, buying tickets, ect... and the team plays like that.

I know the coaches and team did not call out the fans to show up for this game. Im just saying that they lost there privilage until they win consistantly in games like this.

I agree, but at the same time I could not be more proud to be a cyclone fan. Regardless of whether we win or lose.

AMEN BROTHER. Just posted something similar. Sick of being told to turn out and they lay this kind of an effort out there. There is really no excuse for that pitiful a performance coming off a bye week.

They have lost the privilege to do something that they haven't done. Got it.

I'm just so sick of watching our guys act like idiots after the play is over. Where is the class?

55k + fans show up tonight, and we get to see us act like idiots out there talking smack, headbutting after the play is over, making hand gestures like you're cutting someone's throat when you break up a pass play when you're losing 34-0.

This stuff HAS to stop IMO. I'm sick of it. When you make a play you should make, act like you've done it before. Don't act like it's the first time you've ever done your job.

If 55k fans are going to show up to support you, then make them proud at least. Don't beat yourselves. You had a real chance tonight to be in this game to the end and maybe even win. You were NOT physically dominated at all. But you were out disciplined and outclassed big time. And that is a shame.

Good post. Still in the game at 13-0, defense makes a nice stop on 3rd down and we get flagged because our player can't stop running his mouth. No excuse for that. None. Should absolutely not be seeing this level of sloppy play 4 games into the season.

Especially considering we played Texas. The Longhorns should never "outclass" us. I feel there needs to be more extreme discipline for these types of penalties. Pull the player for the remainder of that quarter plus the next. Nobody is irreplaceable.

    Enjoy.

I agree. This is the 4th game of the year. The price for bone headed mistakes should be very steep at this point.

Re: Coaches and players lost there right to:

The sad thing is... I'm not sure it's even being addressed because it hasn't gotten any better all year.... maybe even worse. PLUS, Rhoads told Walters in the interview before the game that he's not that worried about it. Said the false start penalties are worse. What?

I'm not sure whether having LJ in the game is more of an asset or a liability at this point? I hope he's ok, but I sure don't like his attitude on the field at all most of the time. He could be such a great player if he'd just let his play stand on it's own, but instead he does just the most idiotic things, usually after the play is over.
