    Logical. Offense wasn't the problem this year. Royals had more runs than Tampa Bay.

    I thought the p staff improved during the year. At the beginning LH was giving up the big innings. Didn't do that in the 2nd half. Paulino was a good find (dayton Moore!). The ballpen was strong. May need to happen, but Bob did ok. We need to get an ace in the off season.

    No More McCLure!

    The biggest improvement the Royals pitching staff made was when Dayton finally gave up the Kyle Davies experiment. Paulino was a nice find. Duffy did ok as a rookie. He's got lots of room to grow along with Hochevar I think. I'd be feeling a lot better about things if Montgomery and Lamb had good years in Omaha. I don't know that McLure really did that poor of a job but he's been there a long time now & a change might not be all bad.
