    Depth Chart for Texas

    http://www.cyclones.com/pdf8/787502....B_OEM_ID=10700

Changes from the UConn depth chart:

Shaban Dika is no longer listed. He was the backup at LG.
Henry Simon is now listed as the 3rd string DT. His first appearance on any depth chart.
Anthony Young is now listed as an "or" with Matthew Thomas as the backup to Reeves. He wasn't on the UConn depth chart.

    Edit:
Ja’Quarius Daniels and Quenton Bundrage are no longer listed. Thanks for spotting that bawbie!

Pretty sure Dika got hurt in the UConn game.

This may have happened before and I didn't notice, but Daniels and Bundage aren't listed anymore, and I don't think either of them have played. I wonder if they are considering redshirting them, given the excellent play of the top 4 WR.

Also, has Nick Kron been on the charts for a while? That seems impressive as a fairly unheralded greyshirt freshman.

I would assume the plan is to redshirt the two freshmen receivers now since the starters have played well.

I was wondering the same thing. It would be nice if we could redshirt them.

Good catch on Daniels and Bundrage. Kron's been on every depth chart this season.

    Re: Depth Chart for Texas

I'm guessing that with our receivers stepping up, Daniels and Bundrage are being red shirted, which is great.

I want to see more Rony Nelson, Jeremiah George, and Floyd Mattison. I think these guys will make big play after big play.

Or maybe use one for a surprise WR pass to an open Lenz or Money even though he isn't listed on the depth chart and has to come in because one of our starters pretends to limp off the field.

i was hoping for that too. But i don't think we are going to see it. They must not be as good as advertised. Or just not ready yet.

I'm calling it right now. Rony Nelson will do what Jake Lattimer did last year against Texas.

    I'm on Twitter too: Tre4ISU

    Or so I have read.
