    texas and kansas

texas beat ucla. colt mCcoy's brother case mccoy started for the shorthorns as the shorthorns beat ucla. texas also started their big freshman running back malcolm brown.brown rushed for 110 yds against the uclans. brown is from cibolo steel,a suburb near san antonio. brown goes about 220 to 225 and runs a 4.4 40. wally burnham will need to design a defense to stop brown. this kid will develop into a very good running back for the shorthorns as he develops the next 3 years. mack brown picked up one of the best high school running backs in the country from aledo, texas, for next year. his name is johnathan gray. he will be a super back in college if he evades injury.

on to kansas: kansas must have a sieve for a defense as the rambling wreck from georgia tech pounded kansas for over 700 yds total offense on saturday....

I'm a little less confident in the Texas game after seeing what their offense did. That being said, its still a winnable game

Tau'fo'ou has been incredibly effective at stuffing the other team's big running back (e.g., Coker for Iowa). I think he will play a key role in keeping UT's big back under control.

    Re: texas and kansas

i thought texas looked weak against byu. maybe the quarterback and running back change will make texas a bit tougher. young mccoy must have been able to guide texas to victory against the ucla bruins, young malcolm brown getting his first start as a freshman is going to be tough to stop in two weeks. he is big and fast. might be one of the best freshman running backs in the country..
