    ESPN Gameday Love

We just got a little love on the Gameday crew telling Paul Rhoads is doing a great job(as if we didn't know that). It was kind of sandwhiched in between Texas needing a QB and the Big 12 falling apart but it's nice to see alittle love from the national media.

    Got a shoutout on gameday.

Anyone catch it? They talked about our 3 come from behind wins and the win last night after an emotional week. Fowler brought it up out of the blue. They also talked about CPR building the program up.

I'm surprised they even knew who our coach was.

Chris Fowler randomly pushed "Can we give a shoutout to 3-0 Iowa State?" into the realignment conversation. It almost sounded like he was disappointed that we weren't going to get any air time.

Did they talk about how well Jack Knott played?

I'm not surprised at all. They all know who Paul Rhoads is. He just keeps pressing on. They can't ignore him.

Since we are an elite team now, let's go get that One Cyclone Moment.
Make this one for the ages!

    Fowler tweeted this yesterday!

    cbfowler Chris Fowler
Kellen Moore & Co as expected tonight. He is really really good. But salute to Iowa St. 3-0, all come from behind. P Rhoads: respect.

They were on their usual rampage of love toward UT and Oklahoma as well as Notre Dame. Although they do have a much bigger fan base than ISU as well as usually put a better product on the field than we do, once in a while it's nice to see ISU's name get thrown out there for something good as opposed to the team that will kick you in the nuts everytime you get your hopes up. It's nice to see games like the UCONN one to see that no matter what happens and ugly it can be, ISU never quit.

Or how about Steeler Jantz? Wait lets just get straight to it, did they talk about the classless UConn fans breaking our mascots arm? Its time to get that some national attention.

Thats right up there with Nebraska fans UConn. Nebbys are still worse, but they have never (to my knowledge) physically injured our mascot.

Then you haven't been paying attention the last several years - ESPN has had a jumbo-sized erection for CPR ever since that postgame locker room speech after the Nebraska game.

Chuck Lidell: I paint my toenails with pink and black polish. Problem is, I get more paint on my toes and on the carpet than on my nails. Any advice?
Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this.

I love JACK Knott. That is a BADASS name. Jake is a boy's name. He should just change it.
