    Depth Chart for UConn

Six true freshmen on the depth chart this week. That seems like a lot. Hopefully a sign of recruiting over people.

CJ Morgon or Deon Broomfield!? I thought Morgan has been playing pretty dang well.

    Re: Depth Chart for UConn

Could this have something to do with the limit of players you can take on road trips? Or is there a limit in college? I can't remember.

On another note, does anyone know if Bundrage and Daniels have been playing. I haven't noticed if they have caught any passes.

    Re: Depth Chart for UConn

To me that speaks to just how good these last two recruiting classes are. That and the fact that they have to put EVERYTHING into this UCONN game with the short week folllowed by a bye.

Daniels and Bundrage still haven't actually played, right? I'm thinking CPR keep them at third string and if out WRs keep executing than he still RSs them.

I'm pretty sure Broomfield was listed ahead of Morgan on last week's depth chart.

I could have sworn I heard Daniels name called on the loudspeaker for the Iowa game

No, I'm pretty sure neither has shown up in the participation reports.

    Re: Depth Chart for UConn

Also I'm fairly surprised that White hasn't jumped Woody. White has looked really good in the short yardage plays while Woody has really struggled early this year. It looked like White had essentially jumped him by the way they played him in the Iowa game.

EDIT: Actually I didn't notice the second OR in the RBs. Looks like they have all the bottom 3 at the same spot.

All the runningbacks after Shontrelle are followed by an "or" which means they're all even. It's Shontrelle and then everyone else.

Dang I was hoping to see Rony Nelson making his way into the starting spot.

Not gonna happen. The coaches have made it very clear that Nelson has issues with run stopping. He's a really good third and long end as his pass rush may be the best on the team. Happy he did jump to second string though.
