    Just remember Illinois St. 2005

We looked like the sisters of the poor against ISU. We then went out and whipped Iowa. This was a game in which everything that could go wrong did go wrong, and we still won. How many times at ISU has that happened for us? We are going to be healthier next week. Jantz won't be throwing with soaking wet footballs (hopefully), and CPR will get the house in order by kick off next week. We can beat Iowa even without a few breaks. If we manage to score first or get a TO or two like Iowa gave away today, we can win convincingly. Iowa played in bad weather today so it may be hard to get a good grasp on them, but they didn't look impressive.

How many times over the years has ISU fought their way back into a game, take the lead and then choke in away in less than 60 seconds? Usually it at least take the other team a couple plays.

I do remember 2005 and 2007, years I thought Iowa would roll ISU. Hopefully Hawks get win next week, but I will be pulling for Clones the rest of season.

We've got some work to do, but beating Iowa is a very very possible.
