    I agree he is just as guilty, the precedent was set. We shall see if the NFL is consistent in their rulings.

    The precedent has not been set. They didn't suspend Pryor for his rule violations in college. They suspended him for trying to circumvent the NFL eligibility rules. They didn't want to let him in because he techinically wasn't eligible but they were nice and said that they would let him in but suspend him 5 games. If he had been eligible from the get go they would not have suspended him. Tressell will not be suspended.
