Scotty led scoring in Italy, Royce led rebounds.

Scott Christopherson led Iowa State in scoring on its Italian trip at 13.8 ppg. Royce White was ISU's top rebounder at 10.8 rpg.

Sounds good to me, even if they were playing elementary school players.

Even though SC lead in scoring, wasn't the scoring really balanced for the most part?

Yeah I think it was pretty balanced, but scott probably took more 3's (I expect him to lead in scoring).

Yes, incredibly balanced scoring in all four games. This might be partially a byproduct of the level of competition, but it bodes well for the season. Last night we really couldn't afford for anyone to take a night off with such a limited bench.

Really it can only be good if we have balanced scoring. The last few years, we usually had 1 standout player and the other team's strategy would be to shut him down. DG was last year and CB the year before.
