    Apartment Hunting

Just accepted a job offer in WDM area and was wondering if anybody had any good comments on some apartments around there. Looking for single bed apartments anywhere around the WDM/Ankeny area for a reasonable price. I hear most single beds are around 650/700 bucks a piece and didn't know if that was the norm or not.

    Any help is appreciated!!

    Re: Apartment Hunting

I just got a new job in downtown DSM and am finally making the move down. Rates that I saw for a one bed were around that 6/7 range as well. Some places do offer subsidized housing based on income so if you qualify for that you could get a nice loft for a reasonable price. Im moving downtown though so I don't know much for out west. But west glen area is a fun nice area you could look in to.

I just moved out of Sun Prairie apartments in west des moines. They were really good the whole time and I think their prices are reasonable.
