    Boardshorts/Swim Trunks

Okay, so I'm about 6'3 and I'm fairly thin - but not like super super thin. My waist size is like 33 or so, and I can't find any boardshorts/swim trunks that go down past my knees like I want! Anyone else have this problem? Any recommendations for brands that are longer than the rest? This is far too difficult!

I'm with you. I can never find shorts that are long enough.

Probably just wants some shorts that don't look like he's playing basketball in the 80's. Big and tall stores seem to generally mean big or big and tall, but not just tall.

I'm the same size, and I do most of my shopping online for stuff like that. I would check out the website for Old Navy or maybe American Eagle.

I have the same issue. I have to buy like a 36 or sometimes even a 38 waist short to get them long enough.

    Re: Boardshorts/Swim Trunks

Add me to the list. And its not just swimming trunks either. Most stores only sell jeans and khaki shorts/etc in certain sizes. Sizes that fit 5'9 145 pound guys or 5'9 345 pound guys.

Seriously, how many people wear size 48/30? Oh wait.. this is the US

Well the in style right now is board shorts that end right at the top of your kneecap, so there's one reason why it's hard to find those.

However, if you still want long shorts, try Hurley. It's a little more pricey, but high quality. I still use my old surf shorts that are Hurleys from time to time.

Man, that's gotta suck being tall and thin. I'm glad I'm not any of you guys.
