Adventures of the Big 12: Bon Voyage - Bring On The Cats

Hilarious, as usual. Don't get too offended by how KSU portrays us. We'd portray them the exact same way (because it's true for both of us).

That was pretty good. All they needed to do was change K-State's role to that of the angry old man that is near death in the office and they would have nailed it. Oh... that and Kansas State was far too involved in the conversation. Their role should be insignificant as well.

Pretty good humor! Do we really treat them that badly?

Also, how did they not take a dig at Mizzou for starting the whole "realignment" thing? I mean, come on!

Pretty sure that Texas would know Iowa State's name after they went upside their head in their backyard last season.

Agree, they missed an opportunity here.

I read Twelve Angry Men also. Funny stuff.

True, but honestly, who in their position is going to admit to being a bottom feeder? We try to do it with WRNL, but I would bet other Big 12 schools think we give ourselves too much credit too.

Every conference (save maybe the Big East) has pretty obvious tiers. The Big 12 probably has 3, and we're clearly in that bottom tier (along with KSU and Baylor). We could get into that next tier (Tech, Mizzou, KU, OSU) though.

Tech is in the bottom tier. They had some success in football but nothing in basketball. Kansas has had much more Bball success and actually reached a higher football peak.

Location: Arizona Wow that really sucks. I mean really sucks. I am all for humor and funny interpretations, but that just really sucked, was not funny at all, and was actually kind of disturbing. But I guess that is what KSU fans are all about. Kind of sad really.

But the last laugh is on them. When this next year ESPN/ABC and Fox look at the numbers and find no one is tuning in to the Iowa State v. KSU matchup, they will dump them, quickly. And then where will KSU find a conference home after Texas finds it would be better to go independent or join the SEC?

The small portion I did read is actually a representative view of the KSU program and what's left of the conference.

What a fool (or tool in this case) can't have they despise!
That saying pretty well sums up what's written there! It's just another tiny reason I'm so glad we've put KSU in our rear view mirror... It really was getting boring beating them every year now..
