A couple of things I found amazing about this game.
First, the first three touchdowns: 81 yard pass, 78 yard pass, 71 yard pass. 14-7 and it's about 2:30 into the game.
Second, last week MTSU played Florida Atlantic and scored 7 offensive points. They rushed for 18 yards (averaged 0.6 yards/carry) and punted for more yards than they gained.
Tonight they averaged over 9 yards per rush and racked up 559 yards of total offense while punting twice against the (soon to be lower than) 8th ranked team in the country.
Edit: I was looking at Louisville's box score from the Murray State game last week and they put up 655 yards against them. Definitely against two overmatched defenses but those are still crazy numbers for a two game stretch.
