    Undrafted Big 12 players?

We all know DG wasn't drafted, but who else from the Big 12 that had a legit chance went undrafted? I had to look twice for Jacob Pullen couldn't believe he didn't.

If he had come out the year before he would have been picked probably but his efficiency and stats took a major hit this year.

"Freddie knows the game," Bird said. "I'm sure he picked up a lot of stuff over the years from different people. College is different from the NBA, but I'm sure he'll do a great job."

Big XII's All-time leading scorer LaceDarius Dunn didn't get drafted...not really surprised though as he doesn't have very good handles or defense.

Handles were serviceable but passing was awful.

How do you know? I don't feel as if any of us are able to comment on Dunn's passing as none of us have seen him do it.

I forgot about him completely. I think his character issues may have came into play. He has the talent, but so did the whole Baylor team.(and couldn't do much with it)

High volume shooter without PG skills. Too small to play the 2 in the pros. There are a lot of quality shooting guards that will have these problems when they are out of college eligibility. Chris Allen will be in this category. Kenny Boynton at Florida will also probably not see his name called because of this either. Bradley Beal coming in this year will likely be another.

Talent up front without a good PG and only one consistent outside shooter (who can't pass) led to where we were. Next year should be better as we add the following while only losing Dunn and 2 guys who would have been on the bench:

Pierre Jackson - #1 JUCO PG. Fills a big need for us
Quincy Miller- Another top prospect down low
Deuce Belo- SG/SF type player and top recruit
Brady Heslip - Pure shooter transfer from BC is eligible after sitting out a year
Gary Franklin- PG transfer from Cal. Eligible in January
Cory Jefferson- PF redshirted last year after playing his freshman year at a fairly high level
    and PJ3 is coming back.

We were a ship without a rudder as we had no consistent PG. If Jackson/Franklin can do that we can get by with Walton as a backup (he did ok in that role on the Elite 8 team)

where do you come up with this stuff??

beal is a likely lottery pick, and boynton won't get drafted because he sucks.

Where do you? When is the last time you saw a 6-2 SG taken in the first 10 picks? You haven't, and that is what Bradley Beal is. It will not happen.. Austin Rivers will go, but he has better size. Beal will need to play the 1 effectively in order to go that high.

Where do you see that Beal is 6'2? Pretty sure he's 6'4.

I am judging by his size at the McD AA game. He was listed as 6-4, but so was Rivers, and he was not as tall as Rivers. My guess is he is 6-2. This happens all the time. Remember when Beasley was 6-10 and not the 6-6 he actually is? I would not be surprised that when the NBA puts a tape to him, he comes up shorter than listed.

Bradley Beal IMO is Eric Gordon 2.0 and Gordon has done pretty well in the NBA
