How many coaches get the chance to celebrate their 500th victory twice?

Or their first Final Four three times?

It's a unique blessing, if you spin it the right way.

I think it will be interesting if the NBA changes its rules for entering the NBA in their new CBA. There is alot of talk about making it like baseball where they either have to go right out of high school or wait 2 years. I would love this rule because you let the guys go to the NBA who have no interest in going to college. This rule would have a big impact on Calipari's recruiting style while at Kentucky.

    Third!!!!

If a young man really, really, really doesn't want to be in school, let him make an adult decision.

Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't, but that's how it is for everybody else.

I like Calipari. And also if a high school kid doesn't want to go to college, he should just go over to Europe. You'll get better coaching, play basketball fulltime, and play against better competition. If a player's only goal was to be the absolute best basketball player they can be, they would go to Europe right out of high school instead of spending a year in college.
