    Re: Jared Barnett-QB

Why - are you expecting him to beat out Tiller and Jantz for the starting job?

    Re: Jared Barnett-QB

I think the best situation would be if Barnett won the job. That would mean we would have a starting quaterback for potentially 3 years.

However, I have a feeling it is either going to be Jantz or Tiller. If I were a coach, I would want the youngest QB to win.

    Re: Jared Barnett-QB

I hope it's him or Jantz. I don't think Barnett Starts here unless he wins this year or baring injury.. Richardson is the future after Jantz IMO.

Don't count him out to start. He had a great Spring.
    -most accurate passer
    -knows the offense
    -great footwork
    -a good leader
-ran spread in high school, super stats running and passing at a big time program, Garland, TX.

As for who will start? It will be fun to watch!

And I think he will lose it, but that's why they practice.

I feel like if that were true he would have seen more spring snaps especially with Tiller getting hurt. Don't get me wrong I like him and would have no issue whatsoever with him starting. I actually just read a post in the other thread that made me like him even more!

Does someone want to buy my season tickets if Tiller is the starting QB. Great kid and athlete but he has had his chances to show his talent and it isn't D1 material for a starting QB. Would love to see his athleticism as a WR though.

So then it would be even better if Richardson came in and won the spot so we would have a 4 year starter?

    Re: Jared Barnett-QB

Unless any of our QBs make an UNREAL upgrade in ability... I dont think anyone will be head and shoulders better than JT. Better yes... but it won't be that far off.
