Most Iconic Moment in the History of Every BCS Team

    From Bleacher Report.

Iowa State appears on page 15 of the slideshow. Our most iconic moment being Bret Meyer's INT against Mizzou in 2004 that cost us the game and the outright Big XII North title.

Some other interesting ones on there, too. Oklahoma State's is pretty funny.

Actually though, it is pretty iconic of ISU. ******* it down our leg when we had the chance to actually do something.

That was the point where everything kind of started going South in the McCarney era.

Point taken. Perfect example of why ISU fans are the best in the world. Because we are still fans.

I think the missed field goal that would have won the game in regulation is worse than the int.

Agreed. Basically missed an extra point (albeit from the right hash) by about 20 feet. It wasn't even close.

Where it started to nose dive.
And then we repeated the same god awful thing the very next year! And people on here actually question why Mac was asked to step down.

Its the Bleacher report. A completely worthless outfit in my opinion.
Id bet none of their writers could even point out Ames on a map. Seriously.
They ranked the "hotness" of our girls at #92. Like they have any clue at all.
The state of Iowa has remarkably beautiful girls for its size. I would bet my life that we are MUCH higher than #92.
    But its the Bleacher report.

Re: Most Iconic Moment in the History of Every BCS Team

I didn't make it all the way through that garbage but it's pretty ridiculous. Really, the iconic moment in the history of Miami football was losing to Ohio State? Did I just dream the Jimmy Johnson era?

And the most iconic moment for Iowa is #1 vs #2 in 1985 and it isn't even close.
