    I've had squirrel a few times. Not too bad, though nothing special. They suck to clean though, tough to skin. Not as good as rabbit in my opinion.

    I grew up eating squirrel. Love to hunt them, and like to eat them. Not too bad to skin if you don't try the "cut at the middle of the back" method. I can get one ready for the pot in about 3-4 minutes. No brag just fact. My girls that are still at home love it in a stew, so that's usually how I make it now.

    I went to a wild game feed a couple months ago which included BBQ squirrel - shredded or pulled style. I couldn't have told the difference between it and beef if there hadn't been a sign on it. First time I'd ever eaten squirrel - to my knowledge.


    No matter what, I could NEVER cheer for Dirt and Urine.
